Younique's Mineral Touch Cream Foundation in Scarlett
Hello fellow makeup lovers, it's The Jessica Williams with Younique, and I am showing Younique's Mineral Touch Cream Foundation in Scarlett, with no primer. That's right my fellow makeup lovers, this is just the foundation. Now, some things to keep into consideration about this makeup, my face, and my preference :D First of all, this is 100% natural makeup and goes for $32 on my site at GetYourLovelyLashes.com Second thing to consider is that I have Rosacea (redness in my face) and I need a makeup that can cover it. Finally, I like a natural look, and if I wanted a more airbrush look, I would use the BB Flawless with the blending buds. Also, if I am using the BB Flawless with the blending buds, I would likely do it mostly for highlighting and contouring Honestly, I would probably still use a cream foundation with it, if I could get away with it. Haven't ordered those yet, so we will see ;) Anyways, here is a video, and yes I know, "don't put foundation on your eyes." However, if you do and there's nothing I can say to stop you from doing it, I get it. Please promise me that you will be very gentle around the eyes, so you don't pull on your skin causing more wrinkles! I rarely put foundation on my eyes, and if I do, I know I am in for a crazy day! What NOT to do, and What You SHOULD Do with Hooded Eyes!
So, how do you do your makeup with hooded eyes? There are a lot of things you should NOT do with hooded eyes, as well as many things you SHOULD be doing. I didn't want a 15 minute video, demonstrating how to and how not to do hooded eyes, and take up a bunch of your time. So, instead I made a 5 minute video with my makeup applied wrong on one eye, and applied correctly with the other eye. I try to explain it as quickly and to the point as possible, pointing out 5 basic things to keep in mind, when you are doing your eye makeup with hooded eyes.

DIORSKIN AIRFLASH 201 Linen Review
Christian Dior is an amazing designer! I love their shoes, purses, and many other fashionista gear!!! However, how does the Diorskin Airflash foundation compare with my Yonique Mineral Touch Cream Foundation?
First of all, let's go over the basics of Christian Dior's makeup. Christian Dior makeup is a little more expensive than Coco Chanel's makeup. Like Chanel and Younique, Christian Dior does not use any harsh chemicals. They are naturally based like Younique and Chanel, so Yay!!!
Okay, the Diorskin Airflash foundation is a Spray Foundation and Dior rated the coverage 2 out of 4. This adventure of course started out with a primer and color corrector, since I have rosacea. My makeup was applied professionally by a professional makeup artist with Christian Dior, so to the best of my knowledge he applied it professionally and picked out my color. I usually just grab the whitest one I can, because I am VERY light, and I was very surprised he chose 201 Linen. However, Linen is a cooler foundation, so touche with his selection, as it did cover up my rosacea!!!
However, within an hour, my makeup creased, REALLY BAD :( It reminded me of the Maybeline Age Rewind foundation, that I used with their primer, and it creased so bad. Every hour, the creasing got worse, and my lines looked worse than without makeup. How is that possible?!? Then I found out it was not sweat proof, and I guarded my makeup like a mad woman. Told myself 20 times, don't touch your face LOL. So not sweat proof and creased really bad :(
Personally, for $62 it is beautiful, but not if you live anywhere near the south, or have any lines you don't want to look worse.
Now, to be brutally honest, I am wearing no primer in this picture. Tisk tisk, I know. However, with my Younique Mineral Touch Cream Foundation in Scarlett, I never get creases. Also, Younique's Mineral Touch is 100% natural, and is sweat proof. That is a big deal if you are from Texas, or live in a place that gets to 100 degrees and higher. Especially if you live somewhere REALLY humid, like Texas, or Florida.
So, I am sad to report that I am not satisfied with the Dior Airflash Foundation, because it is not sweat proof, and creases really bad. Younique 1, Christian Dior 0. You can get your Younique Mineral Touch Cream Foundation at GetYourLovelyLashes.com and see why I am an Independent Younique Presenter. I believe in the products I sell, and I look for many other great products to test them up against, to ensure my integrity!
